Create, test, and style original recipes rooted in Orleans cuisine and Southern cooking traditions. You will work closely with our photography team to produce the content that lands on subscribers' plates every week.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years recipe development or test kitchen experience
- Deep knowledge of Creole, Cajun, and Southern pantry traditions
- Food styling portfolio required
- Comfortable with high-volume content production
Engineering
Full-Stack PHP Developer
Own and evolve the Sweet Nolas web platform. You will build new subscriber features, improve site performance, and keep our stack clean and well-tested as we scale.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years PHP development
- Proficiency with MySQL, REST APIs, and modern CSS/JS
- Experience with subscription billing integrations
- Passion for food and culture is a plus
Marketing
Social Media & Community Manager
Build and nurture our community across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond. You love food content, know how to tell visual stories, and can turn recipe videos into loyal fans.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years social media management for a food or lifestyle brand
- Short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Data-driven: comfortable with analytics and A/B testing content
- Genuine enthusiasm for Southern and Louisiana cooking
Support
Customer Experience Specialist
Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Sweet Nolas for our subscribers and store customers. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and make every interaction feel warm and human.
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ year customer support experience
- Excellent written communication
- Comfortable with helpdesk tools (Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar)
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts on rotation
Operations
E-Commerce & Marketplace Coordinator
Manage product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment for our kitchen store. You will coordinate with suppliers, keep stock data accurate, and ensure every order ships on time.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and data-entry skills
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and fulfillment workflows
- Bonus: love of cast iron cookware and Louisiana spice racks
