Sweet Nolas provides access to recipe content, a kitchen store, and a subscription membership program. Some content requires an active paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; reproduce or distribute our recipe content commercially; attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls; scrape or automate access to the Site; upload malicious code; or violate any applicable laws.
All content on the Site -- including recipes, photographs, text, and design -- is owned by Sweet Nolas or its licensors and protected by copyright law. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Commercial reproduction requires written permission.
All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. See our Refund Policy for details.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that recipes will meet your specific dietary or health needs. Consult a professional for medical or nutritional advice.
Sweet Nolas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
